Culver City, Calif. – November 17, 2009 – DISC-LOCK International today announced that Reggie Waugh has joined DISC-LOCK as the Account Executive in charge of military sales.

            In his new position, Waugh will also be responsible for generating DISC-LOCK sales in other industries including; wind power, solar power, oil and gas and industrial OEMs. He will report to Alistair McKinlay, Chairman of DISC-LOCK International.

            “Reggie brings nearly 20 years of industrial sales and management experience to our team,” said Alistair McKinlay, Chairman of DISC-LOCK International. “With the expanded growth of our company, Reggie's enthusiasm and keen understanding of our business is a great fit,” added McKinlay.

            Waugh, 40, resides in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife and three children. He graduated from Bluffton University with a BA in business. Reggie enjoys coaching youth sports and is an adult Sunday school teacher.

Before joining DISC-LOCK, Waugh was a sales manager with Arrow Electronics and a regional sales manager for Fastenal Company.
